Security Task Manager found this and it can't be removed. When attempting to remove it in the Program and features window it says there was a problem
Assuming Program Files is ~1 and Program Files (x86) is ~2 I concluded that ProgramData was ~3 and was right. I found the folder in there, but it was empty, so I deleted it. However unlike any other program instead of Windows saying the uninstall doesn't exist and asking to remove the program from the list I get the aforementioned error above. I also think this may be what's causing pop ups in both FireFox and Google Chrome. Anyways, I'm going to attach the Hijackthis log.
