Computer acting pretty weird.

So a couple of days ago I recognized a program on my laptop that I did no put on there, I forget the name but uninstalled it. Sometime after that I would get an .exe window from my temporary folder. I closed it out thinking it was weird. This incident has repeated itself a number of times over the past few days.

Today, while playing a game, the same window popped up and after closing, my web browser(chrome) opened unprompted and downloaded something called Wajam.

I need some help please.
