I've ran norton360, MBAM, CCleaner, Disk Cleanup, PC Pit Stop, SFC, cleared event viewer logs, removed suspicious programs, enabled purging virtual memory before shutdown, pretty much everything I can think of or find.
Still sits permanently on the "shutting down" screen. Starts up fine (relative trm- no more blank screen with mouse, but sits on the scrolling bars a bit) after running SFC and purging logs. Logging off then shutting down does not help, telling me it isn't anything quite related to user environment?
Posting this from my phone, is there anything I have missed?
