Need Help Nitol-C Virus

Hi! I am running Windows 7 Pro 64bit and I have been infected with this nasty Nitol-C virus. What it does is propagate itself inside the PC and DDoS flooding the whole network.

I have use many virus scanner in Safemode and manage to clean all except this file 2 file:
c:\windows\system32\w3wp360.exe\FILE:0000
c:\windows\syswow64\w3wp360.exe\FILE:0000

I try to manually delete them by going inside the folder and enable the show hidden and system files but i could not see both the file :P

The tools i have use:
Hijackthis
MBAM
Sophos Virus Removal Tool
AVG
Spybot

Now whenever the PC is starting up, AVG will prompt there is virus detected and all i could do is click Protect Me.

Anyone know how I could get rid of this virus? Else i will need to reformat the whole thing.... :sad:
