key logging?

Hi completely new to this but at my wits end. So here we go. We have a nanny and in the evenings we know she is accessing our laptop which we are fine with but she should really be doing other stuff! - is there any keylogging software we can use before confronting her on the inappropriate sites she is accessing. I know we get a whole load of pop ups which could be innocent but we would really like to know what she is up to on our paid time.

Sorry if this sounds over exaggerated but its extremely frustrating for us.
