Window Explorer keeps stopping/Windows Explorer Changed File Dates

I'm about to tear out my hair. First Windows Explorer keeps stopping, searches for solution then restarts. About the time this problem, I noticed that Windows Explorer will change the original creation date on some of my files. It might be all files in folder or just certain types. I've yet to make a connection with when this is happening or what is causing it. Not necessarily when Windows Explorer stops. It's difficult when you can't tell which is the oldest/newest file in a folder.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit, which I keep updated, McAfee, AntiMalware Bytes and SuperAntiSpyware, also all updated.

I'm begging! Can someone help me please?
