facebook virus

Hi,
one of my friend got a virus. It shares posts on his facebook wall (like on the pictures) an tags his friends but he cannot see it on his page, just his friend can see it.
He have tried several antiviruses but none of them managed to delete it completly.
If somebody is familiar with this type of virus please tell me the gained experiances about it.
