How to Get Rid of VoiceFive Pop-Ups?

Greetings,

I've been having a problem with my computer and I can't figure out how to fix it. I recently had it upgraded to Windows 7 because it was running Windows XP, and I got it back last Friday night and Saturday I was busy re-installing, updating, and so on. That same day I also started having problems with "Interactive Services Detection" popping up all of the time even when I don't have a browser open. It says that says a program on my computer is trying to display a message. If I click the accept button it is only an advertisement from VoiceFive (ar.voicefive.com) and it takes up my entire screen. I ran Avast anti-virus and it couldn't find anything. I also tried CCleaner and Malwarebytes and both found nothing.

I noticed that the message title says "Windows Internet Explorer" and the program path alternates between C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE and C:\Windows\System32\IEFRAME.dll. When it shows the IEFRAME.dll path it doesn't show anything under message title, just when it shows IEXPLORE.EXE. The message alternates between both while I have the window open. I tried deleting IEXPLORE.EXE but it said that I didn't have permission to remove it, so I tried uninstalling Internet Explorer but couldn't find a way to do so. I did find a guide that suggested uninstalling Internet Explorer updates through installed updates section of the add/remove programs window, and I uninstalled the only Internet Explorer listing that appeared (the next day another listing appeared and I uninstalled that one, too).

For a few days I didn't get the pop-up so I thought I got rid of it, but Thursday night I was on my computer and it started appearing again...

I followed the guide here in an attempt to remove the VoiceFive popup but I couldn't find any strange programs listed in my installed programs, I found no odd toolbars in Firefox (my primary browser), Internet Explorer or Chrome, I opened the Hosts file and didn't see anything that looked too strange, either (not that I entirely know what I'm looking for). I also tried the guide here, though it was similar to the first. I also read a guide that suggested looking through various registry listings and deleting ones that, supposedly, related to VoiceFive, but I couldn't find any of the entries they listed to remove, so I didn't do anything... I have also cleared out the cookies, recent history, etc. from Firefox, Internet Explorer and Chrome. Nothing has worked.

I did see that there was a program called something like "VoiceFive Program Remover", or something like that, but the URL to the site that had it was voicefive.com, so I'm more than a little leery of that and steered clear. Another website I saw recommended running a program called Cloud System Booster but this isn't a program I've ever heard of, nor was the website, so I didn't do it.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this VoiceFive pop-up? Any help would be much appreciated.
