The primary drive (C:) on my desktop is a Samsung 250GB SSD. It contains all the programs. My secondary drive is a WD 1TB HDD (E:) and contains the working files. When I run Malwarebytes (MB), the paths of the files it checks are all on C:. I realize that it's highly unlikely that malware would ever infect a working file, but is it possible? If so, why doesn't MB look at the files on the HDD. . . or am I going blind and cannot find the setting that tells it to check both C: and E:?
