many infections

Hi, I need help to rid my laptop of malware. I have removed over 1000 threats (PUPs) with MBAM which it has found more but stops responding when I click remove. Following a scan by Rogue Killer these were found :

PUM HJ SMENU HKEY CURRENT USER
PUM HJ SMENU HKEY CURRENT USER
PUM HJ SMENU HKEY CURRENT USER
PUM HKDESK HKEY LOCAL MACHINE
PUM HKDESK HKEY LOCALMACHINE
But I am not competent enough to use RK so I have not deleted them.
My homepage, search engine and browser have all been hijacked. So, as you can see, I need some help.
