I was told to post here with my problem. I was called by Shaw and told my data usage is high specifically my uploading usage. Last month I was at 800 GB and I am only allowed 250 GB and sure enough when I looked on my account there is a massive spike in the past 3 months. I run a Dlink router with a WPA2 password that I recently changed and MAC address filtering. I have tried everything. I turned off seeding on a torrent site called VUZE, I have recently even uninstalled it and still my uploading usage is steadily climbing. I've run a boot time scan with Avast which came up clean and I ran Malware Bytes and it said I have no Malware. I run 2 Xboxes and Netflix but according to the data usage graph that isn't the problem. I also noticed that when I turn off both of the Xbox's and my computer my activity light on my router is still blinking. I am wondering if someone could help me with this I am at a loss for ideas on what to do. Thank in advance.
