NMap result / virus scan

I've scanned with AVG pro, Malwarebytes, MS Sec essentials and rootkiller.. but I done a scan of my IP addresswith ZENMAP..

I think I'm infected loads, can anyone help?
ZENMAP Output lists about 1000 ports but state is unknown for every1m how is that?
host/ports tab has a lot listed too

But in last tab: host status
It says 1000 ports scanne.
status - up
open = 0
filtered = 0
closed = 0
surely port 80 would be open if I'm on the internet? how are none open or closed?

Any information be good, I'd like to understand some more if anyone has 2minutes explain to me.
