Please help : Windows Services !

Hi i got a virus not long back wich is now gone an my computer is clean. The problem is it must have deleted some sort of reg keys or entries because when i go into security centre i cant access firewall or updates it says it's not running.

Tried restarting the PC but that didn't help so i went into services an checked to see if security centre and windows firewall are there but they are missing.

Anyone help please ?
It's windows Vista. I have a windows vista laptop aswell im just wondering can i transfer the missing files to my PC ?
