ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED

Hello.

I have posted my problem in the Networking troubleshoot forum, but @joeten
said i should post it here.

I cannot run dds because it's says "compatibilty error"

In the attachments there is the "gmer" file.

I already ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware three times, first 8 malware later on none.

I noticed that i don't get the error on Firefox, but it doesn't work on Chrome and IE. I will tell you asap if i notice a change in Firefox.

I recently installed Windows 8.1 from Windows 7 and i get that error when i use Chrome and IE. ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED

I tried 2 things in cmd and it doesn't work. I just uninstalled Chrome and i think it might work now, but i want chrome :/
