Hi at work the users of win 7 laptop and desktops are getting a pop up from the anti virus symantec endpoint - "block trojan.gen2 or a blood hound virus"
and when the user closes it it keeps popping up over and over.
when running a full scan the end point picks up nothing.
malware bytes scan picks stuff up and deleted them but after the restartt the pop up continues.
some times we delete the files inside the temp folder and the symantec quarantine file and add them to the exception to prevent the popping up. we started using kaspersky recue disk to boot and delte viruses as well.
what are other solutions or other quick removal tools to help get rid of the files?
Also some users that plug in their flash drive are seeing short cuts on them, instead of the file.
