(Note: on a different laptop then the PC I am having issues with)

I keep getting the shutting down in 60 seconds pop up, NT Authority/SYSTEM RPC connection terminated ect ect

here is full story

I recently pulled my PC that I haven't used in two years out of the closet to begin using. I started installing updates off of Microsoft website, As well as my AVIRA anti virus and Firefox, my PC locked up and Firefox IE and all other programs crashed. the PC rebooted but took almost 5 min. it hung on the windows loading screen just before the log in screen.
I was able to log in twice but my start bar is all messed up as well. I am now unable to open any internet browsers but I was trying to switch my firewalls on and run avira and missed the screen pop up and i didn't get the shutdown -a typed in before it restarted.

Now within three seconds of logging in, the screen comes up and count down starts. I never get to the cmd screen before it gets too zero. That is if i can even get it logged in before the screen pops up. I did look for the msblast files in my sys32file and registry, i never found it. I tried to start my PC in safe mode but it didn't seem to want to. BTW i did disconnect it from the internet to prevent further damage or possible information being taken

I read similar articles about people having this issue but none that I seen had a resolve. I also seen on this site where there was a the two programs you want reports of after being ran on that pc. I don't know how to get them on it to run them do i will need advice on that as well

Sorry to make this so wordy and im sure my spelling is atrocious but its late and i am extremely frustrated. Any help at all would be so greatly appreciated.
