I posted on Modems/Cable/DSL/Satellite but they sent me here, I think I have a spyware or malware or something, my youtube videos stop buffering and I cant see them until I refresh the website all over again.
My ISP told me that there is a problem on my computer because my internet is requesting a lot of public ip's or something like that...
I just found that when I open Chrome or Firefox it opens a new tab called "Snap Do" and "Search softonic", I tried everything to remove them without success, tried: deleting from extensions, open a set of pages and everything...
I dont really think this is the cause of this...but...I dont know...
Im attaching the .zip as you guys request and also a screenshot of the settings I used of GMER (Is not the same screenshot that you guys posted on the guide, I see "Quick Scan" for example).
Also, couldn't close Avast! Anti-Virus but I stopped the protection and there is some process I couldn't finish too...I had "Access denied".
