Toolbar.Conduit.B Help

I have been fighting to run scans, open google search and a host of other attempts to free myself from the nasty thing. I ran Malwarebytes but it wouldn't let the scan finish nor could I get AVG to run a full scan. After looking around on here I found a thread were ESET online was listed. Could someone please help me?
