Hello Tech Help,
I was told from the Hardware Support Techs Forum of Tomken15 & oscer1 to come here. I went through the process of following the instruction in order to get the help I need with the issue I'm having with not being able to hear any audio.
Here are the notes...
this is the error sign Ive seen over and over again.
{Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device (Code 41).}
But this is what I tried already...
1. Uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled
2. Updated drivers
3. Last known good configuration
4. Services and Applications, Services, Windows Audio stopped and restarted
5. Accessories, System Tools, System Restore. NOTE: No matter which date I picked it would not let me restore!
6. I restarted my computer and pressed F12 to diagnose, however, no issues found. :banghead:
Im thinking I need to new get another motherboard?:whistling:
Does anyone have any other suggestion?:confused:
Also...
I did run Malwarebytes, SuperAntispyware and AVG. They removed everything. But I still have no audio.:angry: I wasn't able to get any of the adware or spywares name though.
U know to be honest my computer was working fine until I download this stupid software called Zoom Software downloader manager for Mp3's and when I uninstalled all the junk it brought with it that when my audio stop working. Wow...never again. :facepalm::cry:I'm hoping that I can get this corrected without having to going through to much drama to get it back on.
Moreover...
I did have Torrent software on my laptop which is XPS M140 and since uninstalled it. I'm still not able to hear any audio at all and I'm not sure what to do next. However, I did change out my Motherboard but I still have the same issue, no audio.
