Google/Gmail access blocked across devices

Hi there,
I have been dealing with a very strange problem this week in that the email app on my Ipad which use a gmail address will not work at all for several hours in the evening. Also, at the same time my PS3 console is unable to access the playstation network (also uses the same gmail address). I am able to still access my gmail inbox via broswers on both my PC and Ipad - but the app itself will not work at all. Other google related sites like youtube also become inaccessible via login (even with a different gmail address). The google search engine also performs strangley on both my Ipad and PC.

The strangest part I feel is that everything is fine in the mornings (no symptoms), but once I return home from work the problem exists and remains until about 11pm and everything returns to normal. This has happened three nights in a row.

After running a quick scan with Malwarebytes, it found "pup.offerware" which sounds rather nasty from what I've read.

I find the problem tricky to explain due to its weirdness, so my apologies if this explanation didn't come across very well. Any help would be amazing!
